Julie’s interest in painting started in 1977 when she received tuition with art teacher, Graeme Walpole, for six months then a year at Sale Technical College studying painting and figure drawing.

Julie has painted many local scenes highlighting the beauty of places like Wilsons Promontory, Agnes Falls and Walkerville.

Julie built a great reputation and following in South Gippsland winning many awards in art shows throughout Gippsland and Southern New South Wales.

Julie moved to Merimbula, New South Wales in 2007 and has continued her coveted artworks to the local community and visitors to the area.
